For those who met him he was the most unforgettable person they have ever known. Andy had a cheerful attitude and was always smiling. He was successful in his work and in his personal life. He loved America and thought there was no other country like it. He made his own neighborhood parade every 4th of July.

He served in the U.S. Army. He was an engineer – BSME – and some of his projects were: LaGuardia Airport, One Wall Street, New York Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange, Belmont Racetrack, McGraw Hill Office Building, Stony Brook Medical Hospital Health Sciences Center, Rockefeller University Animal Facility, WNET/Channel 13, AT&T Office Building, Twin Towers World Trade Center, General Motors Plant, Rockland County Sewer District Waste Water Treatment Plant.

After his construction career, he became Plant Facilities Manager for Rockland County Sewer District.

He was active in local civic and school affairs and the Boy Scouts.

He was a numismatist and he enjoyed woodworking and gardening.

Everyone who met him liked him.
